Leadership Team
I am deeply passionate about giving every child the best start in life. In the first 5 years, brain development is vast! I truly believe that a Montessori education and environment gives children all the tools they need to be school ready. Children really excel when we make learning fun and I believe every experience should be a learning experience! With over 14 years of dedicated experience in Montessori education at both teaching and management levels, I am passionate about fostering an environment where children not only learn but also flourish. My journey in education has been marked by a commitment to delivering high-quality and consistent teaching methods, providing a foundation for children to grow, thrive, and prosper.
Today’s children are tomorrow’s future. I strongly believe that the early years experiences form the basis of how children cope with life situations. Their communication and language and personal, social and emotional development form the basis of skills that give them an advantage for the rest of their life. I consider it a privilege to be part of a child’s formative years and to be able to help shape the future.
I have been raised in an environment where I have been exposed to exceptional role models and educators who were deeply committed to providing excellent education. Their dedication has inspired me to develop a strong passion for teaching. After completing my studies in a different subject matter, I began a career in childcare, having never abandoned my passion for education. My extensive background has enabled me to develop and refine my expertise, performance, and understanding of children's needs and development. Working at Blossom Tree gives me a chance to further my knowledge, be part of an amazing team and share some of the knowledge I have gained over the years.
I have always had a passion for looking after and educating children, watching them grow and develop with their own little personalities. It is a great sense of achievement when they go off to school and they have had the best start to life with us at nursery. Even though my role means I am not with the children on a day-to-day basis anymore, I still love welcoming the children in each morning and being a part of the childcare environment.
My experience encompasses a wide variety of roles within nurseries including Nursery Practitioner, Deputy Manager, Room Leader, Nursery Manager.
“No matter how much experience you have, there’s always something new you can learn and room for improvement.”- Roy T Bennett
I have had the best opportunity in life to have the chance to not only guide but to also learn from the best teachers, the children. The wealth of experience procured from all the years, various colleagues and parents is invaluable. My hope is to have this experience ongoing with a chance to share my knowledge with all. Even though I do not work directly with the children I still appreciate the interaction with them whilst passing through; you never know what you’ll learn next!
My experience includes working for British Airways in ticketing and also Facilities Management for a large stationary organisation. I then moved onto a PA position for the European Real Estate Director at Xerox. I thoroughly enjoy supporting the management team at Blossom Tree within my administrative role. The atmosphere at Blossom and being around the children makes coming to work an absolute pleasure. Seeing our little ones bounce into the nursery with smiling happy faces adds to the extra special wonderment of working in a nursery.
Working at Blossom Tree Montessori, I am able to use my Customer service, business support and administration experience which I have gained over 25 years. I originally started in Technicolor Film Distribution and moved into Central London for a PR Communication and recruitment consultancy, before leaving full time work to have my daughter back in 2014. However since my daughter is now back in full time education I have enjoyed the experience of working at Northwood College For Girls as an administration assistant within their catering dept and now enjoying supporting the team here at Blossom Tree Montessori and helping them achieve their core values.

I have always been passionate about working with children and providing a home away from home for them. Their smiling faces will always light up a dull day and I feel that as I teach the children, I learn at the same time. My favourite part of working with children is when they grasp a skill or activity for the first time, and I love to see the look of joy on their face. This is the reason I love what I do. Every single day is a day to learn and try something new!
I love children. I love playing a part in a child’s development, experiences, memories and overall growth! That is simply why I am on this career path. I started off as an apprentice and grew both professionally and personally with passion and ambition, building meaningful relationships with each child and family that I met. Looking back at each day, the key moments that I always cherish are the laughs and smiles I share with others. I am not perfect, but each day the children inspire me to be my best self. Now, I am on a journey to share my knowledge and experiences with the staff team. My aim is to support and uplift each team member, encouraging them to reach for their goals and full potential, as well as continuing to build special relationships with the children and their families!
I am a passionate and experienced Montessorian with a commitment to providing a safe and stimulating learning environment that encourages children to reach their full potential. As quoted by Maria Montessori, “The goal of early childhood education should be to activate the child’s own natural desire to learn.” Currently I’m completing my MBA in Educational Business Management. My hobbies are chess, gardening, kayaking and archery. I look forward to meeting and working with you and focusing on your child’s education. “Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world.” Nelson Mandela
My mission is to support, strengthen and nurture young people into becoming successful and happy young adults. I aim to be a positive role model to all within my care, with a genuine interest in their well being and supporting their development. I thrive on aiding and providing individualised development plans, tailored to each child’s needs. I look forward to implementing my skills and knowledge into my role as Deputy Manager at Blossom Tree.
I am most passionate about nurturing, developing and caring for children, ultimately to promote their growth to their full potential. I love working with children and always knew childcare was my main working passion. It is a real privilege to be involved in a child’s unique development and I enjoy every aspect of my work. My journey in childcare started from Nursery Practitioner, Room Leader and then to my current role of Deputy. I am inspired to help provide the best care for children within a stimulating, safe environment, as well as motivating and mentoring the team to work at the highest standards.

I have worked in childcare for 36 years with all ages ranging from 3 months to 12 years. I love giving the children a stimulating environment and watching them develop in all areas. Children are all unique and develop at their own rate. I have a great job helping them achieve and reach their milestones. I enjoy working as a room leader in Dragonflies and we have recently moved rooms, so I am enjoying all creative ideas and organising our new room and bringing a good team together.
Caring for others is something that has always come naturally to me. My job gave me the real experience of caring for others when I was looking after elderly patients in a care home. This was a very demanding role, both physically and mentally, but that position made me want to pursue childcare. I have completed my Level 3 childcare qualification and gained many experiences in different roles. Now I have fifteen years of experience in childcare, and I will continue to work with children.
It is becoming widely known that the first five years of a child’s life are their most important years. Being able to support their development and being a part of this process is truly rewarding as I see children flourish into their individual personalities. I am currently working towards my early years qualification and am eager to apply my knowledge from this, and previous careers working with children at Blossom Tree Montessori.
I have such a strong passion for working with children. I had an amazing childhood playing outside, exploring, and learning through play. I feel that all children should grow and develop in a stimulating environment which supports all aspects of the child so they can achieve and excel into their school years and beyond. Really looking forward to being a part of the Blossom Tree Family and getting to know all the parents and children!
I have always had a passion for looking after children and watching them grow and develop. Giving children the building blocks to grow and flourish with their own likes, personalities and interests, in order to progress through life, is one of the greatest feelings that you can have. Being a male within the environment always brings its challenges, but the goal of giving children the best start in life, while bringing my own charismatic personality to the role, will always be at the heart of everything I do.
Eastcote
Over 19 years ago I trained as a Travel & Tourism Consultant and spent over 4 years in this field. I then decided to change direction and pursue my other passions, the learning and development of children in their Early Years. Whilst my children have now grown and moved on to ‘Big School’, Blossom Tree continues to be everything I would have wanted for my own children if they were still young. A true home away from home, secure, and full of love. I believe that in early childhood, a supportive, nurturing, and caring environment builds a strong foundation in a child's future development, emotionally, physically, and creatively.
I have worked with children for all my adult life after completing the NNEB straight from School . Since then I have worked in a variety of settings and with each with different ethos and aims. I feel that I will be able to use this experience to support both staff and children to develop to their potential by using the Montessori philosophy to enable the children in our care to become independent and resilient learners who are ready for the next step in their life journey.
I am a confident, dedicated, knowledgeable level 3 qualified early-year educator. Working with children has always been my passion. I have always viewed positive relationships as the core of my teaching style.
Kitchen
I have been a professional chef and have over 30 years experience in the catering industry. I have worked for a variety of clients, including international companies and private schools. I am fully trained in Health and Safety, Hygiene and Allergy awareness, alongside Food and Nutrition. I am also qualified in designing menus which I love as it supports the healthy growth of each of my clients. I love working and cooking for children as I feel they bring the best out of my personality.
